Introduction & Starting my blog: Just figuring out how to start a blog was a challenge for me. I already notice that I have two blogs with the same title, so over the next few weeks I will be figuring out how to delete one of them. Under normal circumstances, I would not create a blog on my own, so this will be interesting to see where it goes and how it develops. Creating an introduction was easy enough and I played around with the settings so I have a nifty red background.
Today it is not uncommon for libraries, museums, schools and other educational forums to post blogs on specific topics or general informative blogs about the upcoming events being held. It is a very good social networking tool to keep the public informed. Blogs that are targeted to a specific audience also generate a decent following because of the direct appeal to those certain demographic groups, most often informing them of age/gender/interest-related events and news.
